1. Data We Process
Veritex processes wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, certificate records, buyback request data, payment status data, and support communications. For settlement, the platform may process masked destination details and provider identifiers.
2. Payment and Settlement Providers
Veritex may transfer payment or settlement data to licensed banks, payment providers, acquiring services, settlement services, or compliance vendors when this is required to process payments, certificate buyback requests, refunds, checks, fraud prevention, or statutory reporting.
3. Card Data
Veritex does not intend to store full bank card numbers. Card entry and tokenization should be handled through an approved payment or settlement provider where available. The platform may store masked destination data and provider tokens or identifiers.
4. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting their wallet credentials and private keys.
